Light Manufacturing Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Location: Latrobe, PA

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team in Latrobe, PA. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time employment, this is an excellent opportunity to work a consistent four-day schedule with a company that values quality craftsmanship and teamwork.

This position involves precision assembly, inspection, and metalizing processes using small components. If you have excellent hand-eye coordination, enjoy detailed work, and take pride in producing high-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Assemble small components according to work instructions and specifications

Use tweezers to accurately place small parts into fixtures

Perform metalizing by carefully painting designated areas of ceramic components while avoiding cloth or masked surfaces

Inspect finished parts under a microscope to ensure quality and accuracy

Conduct visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process

Meet daily production and quality goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company policies and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks

Comfortable working with small components and delicate materials

Ability to use tweezers, fine brushes, and inspection equipment

Comfortable inspecting parts under a microscope for extended periods

Manufacturing, assembly, painting, or quality inspection experience is a plus-but we're willing to train motivated individuals

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Employment Requirements

Ability to successfully pass a drug screen

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
