1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, or Office Administration (Will consider Bachelor's Degree candidates with no experience)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience is a plus)
Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment experience

What You'll Do
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be a key resource for employees and managers while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and job fair participation
Support onboarding and new hire orientation programs
Maintain employee records, training documentation, and attendance tracking
Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment processes
Review employee timecards and support payroll processing activities
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
Support employee relations matters and HR documentation
Assist with workforce communications and HR initiatives
Partner with the HR Manager on special projects and departmental priorities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
