About the Position
CRI is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory operations across our US and Canada functional warehouses and engaged 3PL locations. This role owns day-to-day execution and drives process development and continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory functions across all US and Canada facilities and 3PL partners
Manage and develop direct reporting managers for functional areas, including their direct reports
Provide day-to-day oversight and direction for warehouse and purchasing operations
Design, implement, and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Ensure inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels across all locations
Manage relationships and performance of 3PL warehouse partners
Partner with VP of Supply Chain on strategic planning, budgeting, and network design
Monitor and report on KPIs for purchasing, warehousing, and logistics performance
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across facilities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to support business needs
Education and Experience

5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, warehousing, or logistics management

Experience managing managers/multi-site or multi-team operations

Experience working with 3PL partners

Strong process improvement and project management skills

Proven ability to lead and develop teams

Strong ERP or WMS experience required; NetSuite experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience using Smartsheet for project management, tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration preferred.

Client-facing experience with the ability to effectively manage relationships with customers, vendors, and external partners.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
