What You'll Do: Strategic Planning: Maintain and manage min/max planning, set appropriate parameters, and actively maintain lead-times in coordination with the commercial team. Supply Chain Optimization: Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics functions to understand material availability and the most efficient way of bringing them on site. Continuous Improvement: Use data from ERP reports, PowerBI, and KPIs to lead and participate in Continuous Improvement events, implementing Kanban, visual management systems, and 5S. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing, pricing, and lead-time challenges, and implement strategies to achieve both long-term and short-term goals. Production Planning: Set production plans using ERP systems, analyze lead time and delivery performance, and optimize equipment OEE. Inventory Management: Analyze performance against KPIs, lead annual physical inventory audits, and implement corrective actions based on data. ERP and Data Management: Take ownership of information and data that drive lead times, identify trends through data analysis, and resolve root causes. What We're Looking For: Education: Associate's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. Experience: 1-7 years of manufacturing experience preferred; APICS Certification (CPIM) is a plus. Skills: Strong collaboration skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in using spreadsheets and ERP software.
