We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our location within the manufacturing industry. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing front desk responsibilities, administrative coordination, and event support in a fast-moving environment. The role offers a part-time schedule of approximately 25 hours across four days per week working 9:00am-3:00pm, with flexibility based on business and leadership needs.

Responsibilities:

Greet employees, guests, and vendors in a courteous manner while creating a welcoming front office experience.

Monitor visitor check-in procedures and help maintain adherence to office access and security practices.

Keep office supplies stocked and organized to support uninterrupted daily operations.

Process incoming and outgoing mail, including coordinating overnight shipments and deliveries.

Partner with building management and service providers to address office maintenance and facility-related needs.

Provide administrative support through calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for leadership.

Develop presentation materials, reports, and meeting documents using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, special projects, and larger events, including annual conferences, catering, and required materials.

Assist with recurring administrative processes such as insurance renewals and other assignments requested by management.

Requirements - Previous experience in office administration, reception, executive support, or a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.

Experience supporting calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging business travel; familiarity with Concur is preferred.

Comfortable handling inbound calls, visitor interactions, and general front desk responsibilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively in a fast-paced office setting. TalentMatch®
