Description

We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing front-office tasks while keeping information accurate and up to date. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a steady flow of administrative work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Provide general office support such as organizing documents, preparing correspondence, and coordinating routine administrative tasks.

Monitor reception activities and maintain an attentive front-desk presence throughout the workday.

Assist with scheduling, message handling, and follow-up communication to support internal teams and external contacts.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or front-desk role.

Ability to handle inbound phone calls professionally and communicate clearly with a wide range of contacts.

Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in general administrative support tasks, including document handling and record maintenance.

Comfortable working in a receptionist capacity and managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

Reliable organizational skills with the ability to stay productive in a busy office environment.

-Microsoft Great Plains and Salesforce experience preferred.
