Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for leaders and staff.

Coordinate lunch orders, event RSVPs, and office meetings.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Open and close the office and ensure workspaces remain organized and functional.

Monitor office equipment, including printers and copiers, and coordinate maintenance when necessary.

Assist with building and facility-related requests.

Provide administrative support to executives and leadership team members.

Track attendance, expenses, and other administrative records as required.

Required Skills

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum 2 years of customer service, administrative, or clerical experience.

At least 1 year of experience coordinating travel arrangements, lunch orders, event RSVPs, and mail distribution.

At least 1 year of office management experience, including office opening/closing procedures, supply management, equipment monitoring, and maintaining office organization.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills

1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

2+ years of receptionist or call center experience.

Pay rate: $17.24 /hr.

Location- FERN PARK FL 32730 (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $17.24 per hour
