Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring for multiple positions with ARC in Bellevue, WA , including Document Scanners, Warehouse Associates, and Cutters .
These are hands-on roles in a fast-paced production environment. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include scanning and processing documents, operating cutting equipment, moving and organizing materials, preparing documents for processing, and maintaining an accurate and organized work area.
We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working on their feet, following detailed procedures, and maintaining accuracy and productivity throughout their shift.
Document Scanner Responsibilities
Scan and digitize documents using scanning equipment.
Prepare and organize documents for scanning.
Review scanned documents for quality and accuracy.
Sort, label, and organize documents and files.
Follow detailed procedures to ensure documents are processed correctly.
Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
Perform general production and housekeeping duties as needed.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
Move and organize boxes, documents, and materials throughout the facility.
Load, unload, sort, stage, and organize materials.
Prepare materials for scanning and production.
Maintain accurate organization of inventory and work areas.
Use carts and other material-handling equipment as appropriate.
Keep the warehouse and production areas clean, safe, and organized.
Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Cutter Responsibilities
Operate cutting equipment according to established procedures.
Measure and prepare materials for cutting.
Maintain accuracy and quality when processing materials.
Inspect finished materials for quality and correct specifications.
Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, production, document scanning, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Must be comfortable working either day or swing shift depending on the position.
