Production Worker / Assembler (Entry-Level)

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: $25.13/hr + Overtime (1.5x Pay)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM + Overtime Available on Fridays

We're hiring Production Workers, Assemblers, Manufacturing Associates, and Production Associates for a growing production team in Redmond, WA. This is a great opportunity to learn valuable hands-on skills, gain manufacturing experience, and build a long-term career with a company that promotes from within.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities to advance into higher-level assembly and production roles.

Responsibilities

Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies

Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools

Follow work instructions and quality standards

Rotate between assembly and production workstations

Read measurements and complete basic production documentation

Inspect products and identify quality concerns

Maintain a safe and organized work area

Support production goals and team objectives

Qualifications

Required:

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Preferred:

Assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience

Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or power tools

Mechanical aptitude or experience working with equipment

Work Environment

Manufacturing and warehouse environment with active production operations. Employees are required to wear PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots. This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and performing hands-on assembly work throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.
