Role Purpose
Support the development and delivery of customer-led growth strategies by identifying opportunities, validating ideas, and contributing to market launch planning. Consultants work closely with Managers and client teams to turn insights into market-ready propositions.
Key Responsibilities
Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices to bring integrated growth solutions to senior client leaders.
Partner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shifts.
Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, maintaining a consistent pipeline of business growth and customer innovation across a focused set of Industrials clients.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
Leverage large-scale quantitative and qualitative data sets, including customer surveys, market intelligence, and financial modeling to size growth opportunities.
Pressure-test assumptions and build the evidence base for strategic recommendations across Industrials clients.
Apply structured analytical frameworks to prioritize growth initiatives across dimensions of market attractiveness, competitive differentiation, and organizational feasibility, translating complex, multi-variable inputs into clear, sequenced investment roadmaps for C-suite decision-makers.
Apply proprietary, best-in-class protocols to rapidly test and validate concepts with real and synthetic customer input.
Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact potential, and scalability.
Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
Mentor team members to strengthen their strategic and client engagement skills.

Guide clients through go-to-market strategy and commercial scaling for validated growth propositions, connecting market entry sequencing, channel economics, and customer willingness-to-pay into actionable roadmaps.
Building trusted relationships with senior client leaders as a go-to advisor for growth and innovation.
Embedding evidence-based decision-making into client growth planning.
Ongoing and sustained client relationships in a particular industry.
A solid pipeline of work that aligns to both industry and customer growth.
Consistent ability to generate work for self and a small team of individuals.
Ability to travel 25-50%
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated consulting experience with client-facing delivery.
MBA or relevant innovation program experience a plus.
Strong research and analysis skills.
Exposure to concept testing, prototyping, or agile product/service development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of AI/ GenAI
