Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries

Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensure compliance with industry standards

Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clear communication

Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relay findings to customers

Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support

Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support customer and business needs. A valid US visa is preferred for this role.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are motivated by technology and quality, thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, and use your strong analytical thinking and communication skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

Degree in engineering or related field and understanding of electronic devices (mandatory)

Knowledge of semiconductor devices, package technologies, and device reliability (mandatory) with Failure analysis and field applications experienced highly desired.

Experience with stress testing and structured problem-solving methods such as 8D (preferred)

Familiarity with manufacturing engineering concepts, including process control, FMEA, and OCAP (preferred)

Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, and QMS (preferred)

Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical information and supporting customers (mandatory)

Ability to work effectively under pressure

US$ 145,440 - US$ 216,342
