Warehouse Associate (DAY Shift)

Location : Jackson, MI 49203 | On-site

Pay rate: $18 per hour

Work schedule: 6am-6pm, Mon to Sun, 2-2-3

Rotational Schedule Contract: 3-month W2 contract via staffing supplier (temp to hire)

Role Summary: Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, production materials, and logistics. Requires safe lifting, moving materials, and maintaining an organized environment.

Key Qualifications:

HS diploma / GED and 1+ year of related work experience (manufacturing setting highly preferred)

Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, climbing)

-Comfortable in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature extremes, chemical odors)

Valid driver's license and/or ability to obtain forklift certification - Familiar with scanning tech, UPS shipping, and ERP/SAP systems
