Glacier Cinema in Cut Bank, MT is looking for a Shift Supervisor -- 20+ Hours/Week

About the Position
The Shift Supervisor assists the Theatre Manager with daily operations and takes responsibility for the theatre, staff, and guests when the manager is not present. We're looking for a dependable, friendly team player who enjoys providing great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, fast, and exceptional service to all guests.
Sell tickets and concessions and operate ticket/concession equipment.
Open and close the theatre, including tills, cash handling, and daily deposits.
Operate projection booth equipment.
Supervise and support staff during shifts.
Address guest and staff questions or concerns and resolve issues appropriately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming theatre, including auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, and concession areas.
Complete daily inventory, basic accounting, and other operational paperwork.
Assist with weekly inventory.
Communicate effectively with guests, employees, vendors, and management.
Follow company policies, procedures, dress code, and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Reliable and consistent attendance.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout shifts.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Must be able to smile while working
Preferred:
One year of customer service experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a similar environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Shifts: 2-3 Days per week, working roughly 6-8 hour shifts. Shifts are typically determined by movie length.
Weekdays 3pm-10pm
Weekends 12pm-3pm and/or 3pm-10pm
Wages DOE (Depending on Experience). Training wage starts at $11/hour.
