FTE: 0.001000 Standard Hours: 0.01 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: This is a optional part-time (as needed) Outpatient Physical Therapist role. Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Participates in varied Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and has ability work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs. Experience meaningful one-on-one interactions with patients as you support their progress and see the impact you make firsthand. You\'ll also benefit from reasonable productivity expectations within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
