As a Security Officer Highrise Access Control in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a hotel and resort location, you will welcome guests, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

Day Time

Wed02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Staff the front desk or lobby area, greet and direct guests and visitors, verify access credentials, and maintain visitor logs as required.

Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.

Assist with maintaining a welcoming, professional lobby environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting hotel operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
