As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Inspection Driver Clearance Required in McKinney, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a professional environment. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document security-related activity while reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

Wed06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Fri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as assigned, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.

Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
