Description We are looking for a bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to provide dependable administrative support for a client team in Merced, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and can manage a variety of office tasks with accuracy and professionalism. The role will support daily coordination needs, maintain important records, and help prepare materials that keep meetings and operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for staff and board members to support efficient daily operations.

Organize travel logistics and related administrative details for internal team members and leadership as needed.

Develop meeting materials, including agendas and supporting documents, and record clear, accurate minutes during discussions.

Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and general business documents using information provided by the team.

Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems to ensure records are current, accessible, and properly stored.

Support office administration by handling routine documentation, tracking materials, and assisting with day-to-day clerical tasks.

Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts in both Spanish and English when providing administrative support. Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Prior experience in an administrative support or office coordination role.

Working knowledge of e-filing, paper filing, and general records management practices.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in preparing documents such as reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting notes.

Ability to maintain accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling administrative information.
