Position Summary:

This position entails performing technical tests and experiments within the R&D C rystal G rowth group . It also entails preparing and setting up of the processing equipment as well as monitoring and processing test runs . This position will also provide technical assistance to engineers and scientists working in the area. Experience in crystal growth is preferred.

The Day-to-Day:

Routine loading and unloading of th e equipment used in Crystal Growth .

Working with the scientists on any additional measurements or work to be done to support the overall R&D projects or department goals.

Prepare and secure any parts needed as well as dispositioning crystals and parts after the completed runs.

This Job is R ight for You if You Have :

Experience running and troubleshooting manufacturing tools preferred .

Attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team .

Comfortable handling ambiguity and running non-standard processing alongside peers .

Comfortable collaborating with engineers, scientists, and equipment and process personnel within the Materials Crystal Growth team
