Experience / Skills

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Flavors & Fragrances, or specialty chemicals is preferred. Initial experience in sales, technical sales, or market development is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate technical and market information into commercial opportunities.

Analytical mindset with curiosity about market trends and customer behavior.

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Willingness to travel and actively engage with customers and the market.
