What You'll Do

Assemble and adjust components using hand tools and power tools

Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to complete assemblies

Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met

Package finished products for shipment

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Perform repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail and accuracy

What We're Looking For

Ability to use hand tools and power tools

Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable standing and working on your feet for 8+ hours per day

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Experience reading assembly instructions, manuals, or work orders

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings

Manufacturing, assembly, construction, or production experience is a plus

No prior manufacturing experience required; training is provided

Work Environment

Work in a team-oriented manufacturing facility with approximately 400 employees. You'll use a variety of hand and power tools while following established safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Teutopolis, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
