Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our letter line assembly department. The ideal candidate will possess experience with hand tools and have a bg in production. This position involves using various tools and machines to cut letters for commercial signs. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity, seeking someone who is reliable and shows up consistently.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.

Accurately cut letters for commercial signs using provided tools and machines.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise assembly.

Work collaboratively within the production team to meet daily targets.

Essential Skills

Experience with assembly and production processes.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Familiarity with mechanical and tape measure usage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with grinding and metal cutting.

Understanding of blueprint specifications.

Work Environment

Work within a manufacturing facility featuring dedicated workstations for various sign-building processes. The environment includes large press brake machines, welding bays, and long tables for assemblers. The shop maintains a clean and organized setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
