Job Duties:Performs routine administrative support work. Work involves providing administrative support including disseminating information; assisting with maintaining filing systems; and preparing and editing reports and documents. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have graduated from an accredited senior high school or earned a GED, and have one year of fulltime, wageearning experience in customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, or technical program support. Computer operations experience is preferred. Your background demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and the ability to support daily office operations effectively.You'd be a GREAT fit if:You have strong knowledge of office practices and procedures, along with a solid understanding of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Familiarity with the agencys organizational structure, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations is preferred. You communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely and work well with staff, departments, officials, agencies, organizations, and the public.
