Anisa Henry is partnered with a wealth management firm is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced advisors while supporting the delivery of financial planning and investment guidance to clients. The Associate Wealth Advisor will assist with financial plan preparation, support client meetings, and help clients navigate important financial decisions while developing the skills necessary to take on increased client-facing responsibilities over time.

This position is ideal for a motivated wealth management professional who enjoys building relationships, learning from experienced advisors, and contributing to a collaborative team environment with strong long-term growth potential.

Ideal Qualifications

2-5+ years of wealth management or financial planning experience

Series 65, CFP, CFA, CPA, or similar professional designation preferred

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Client-focused approach to financial planning and advice

Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

Support advisors in delivering financial planning and investment guidance

Assist with financial plan preparation, analysis, and ongoing client service

Participate in client meetings and help build long-term client relationships

Collaborate with team members to provide a high-quality client experience

Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to assume greater client-facing responsibilities over time

Requirements

Responsibilities

Prepare and update financial plans using financial planning software

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members

Follow up with clients to gather information and clarify financial objectives

Participate in client meetings and document discussions

Support advisors in helping clients define and achieve their financial goals

Monitor client progress and assist with ongoing financial planning needs

Meet established deadlines and service standards

Coordinate account administration and assist with investment-related requests and client inquiries

Research and resolve account and operational issues

Process account transactions while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance

Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and client service delivery

Support goals-based financial planning and wealth management strategies

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and team members as needed

Participate in training, professional development, and continuing education programs

Stay current on industry trends, regulations, policies, and procedures

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or financial services

Bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional certification preferred

Series 65, Series 66, CFP®, CPA, CFA®, or similar professional credential preferred

Strong commitment to ethical conduct and client confidentiality

Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and strategies

Growth-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous learning

Understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored financial solutions

Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning software

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
