Kelly Services is seeking an Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support one of our premier clients in Plainview, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in accounting operations.Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm.Pay rate is $16.80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Post daily and monthly accounting entries to the general ledger

Reconcile bank accounts and ledger accounts on a monthly basis

Perform analytical assignments as needed

Import and record donation batches into the general ledger

Assist with donation and scholarship accounts to identify unused funds

Support staff with setting up new ledger accounts in the system

Work within the Ellucian Colleague ERP system

Qualifications & Skills

Experience with accounting or administrative support preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills

Basic math proficiency

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
