Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3-month contract assignment onsite with a client in Richmond, Indiana. This role is responsible for providing professional, timely support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

Resolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, billing, or service concerns

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed

Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure consistency

Maintain a high level of product or service knowledge

Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations

Meet response time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

Previous customer service experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently

Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software or CRM systems

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
