Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

Provide core "blocking and tackling" administrative support to Category Managers, including pulling product commodity reports, exporting system data, and manipulating product category spreadsheets (adding columns, saving, and re-exporting data).

Gather, organize, and input data across Microsoft Suite with high accuracy to assist 2-5 person cross-functional teams in evaluating product trends (e.g., frozen pizza category data).

Resolve daily operational inquiries, manage calendars, coordinate team communications, and handle basic data discrepancies or item setup requests.

Candidates for Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

1-2 years of recent administrative, operations, or data entry experience (Recent college graduates eager to enter the corporate world are highly encouraged to apply!).

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with strong spreadsheet manipulation, reporting, and detail-oriented analytical skills.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
