Our client, distribution and trading company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Pompton Plains, NJ. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Department supporting daily office operations, customer service, and internal team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will contribute to success within the organization.

Job Title: Part Time Admin Assistant/Billing

Location: Pompton Plains New Jersey 07444

Pay Range:$20-22 per hour

What's the Job?

Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.

Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.

Organize and maintain filing systems and office records.

Assist with data entry, office supplies management, and general office operations.

What's Needed?

Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
