Description

Join a public health organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Baltimore residents. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support program operations, community outreach efforts, and departmental leadership.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to public health programs

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports

Maintain confidential records and databases

Assist with grant documentation and program tracking

Respond to inquiries from community partners and stakeholders

Support special projects and events

Requirements

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative experience

Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience supporting public health, healthcare, government, or nonprofit programs preferred
