scientists with a variety of laboratory tasks | Performs chemical
and/or physical analyses or scientific tests using both routine and
special techniques in compliance with all safety and infection control
standards | Collects, analyzes and processes laboratory samples |
Records results of tests, organizes data, performs basic computations,
and prepares reports and analyses using standard procedures and
guidelines | Installs, operates, maintains and repairs laboratory test
equipment, apparatus, systems and supplies Perform all work in
compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Follow all Process Safety Management (PSM), Responsible Care, and
Emergency Response requirements. Identify hazards and use appropriate
PPE, including respirators, as required. Ensure permits are completed
prior to work activities. Safely handle chemicals and waste materials in
accordance with OSHA and RCRA regulations. Operate process equipment,
including reactors, pumps, valves, forklifts, and chemical dispensing
systems. Participate in safety programs, training, inspections,
housekeeping, and safety committees. Maintain accurate EHS&S
documentation and submit incident reports as required. Production
