Entry Level Receptionist

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Receptionist to support our management team, front-desk operations, and the Client Services & Education teams. This role is essential to creating a positive experience for clients, guests, and staff while keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this position is a great fit.

What You'll Do

Serve as part of the front-desk team, greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a welcoming office environment.

Support CU*Answers Officers, Management, and the Client Services & Education teams with a variety of administrative tasks.

Partner with your supervisor to manage daily responsibilities and provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants.

Assist the Facilities Team with general office maintenance and delivery needs when required.

Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a cooperative team culture.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent typing, phone, and general clerical skills.

Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and take initiative.

Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with both clients and internal staff.

Discretion with confidential or sensitive information.

Reliable, consistent attendance is a must.

Some job assignments at CUAnswers are primarily conducted within the office building(s) while others have moderate to extensive travel responsibilities as described in the Job Functions and/or Job Qualifications section(s) above.
