Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

The Warehouse Worker in e-Commerce will play a crucial role in moving products throughout the distribution center using various equipment. This position requires ensuring that products are in perfect condition for sale to customers.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to facilitate the movement of products.

Unload and process receipt of merchandise from inbound trucks.

Stock merchandise into designated locations.

Process orders by locating specified products and moving them to the loading dock.

Pack smaller products into larger containers for shipment.

Load merchandise onto trucks for shipment to company locations.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Accurately process required paperwork.

Essential Skills

Experience with loading and unloading merchandise.

Inventory management skills.

Forklift operation skills.

Experience with production, picking, and packing.

Ability to accurately process paperwork.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Certified to operate Stand-Up forklift.

High School Diploma.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and temperature-controlled with a well-maintained break/lunch room. There is no requirement for PPE or steel toe boots. Employees can adhere to a casual dress code with gym shoes or closed shoes, jeans, and t-shirts being acceptable. However, hoods must remain unworn while in the warehouse.

This is a Contract position based out of Bolingbrook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
