We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inside Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our sales team. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating purchasing and inventory needs, communicating with customers and vendors, and maintaining accurate sales and transaction records.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where customer service, accuracy, and follow-through are important.

Requirements

Receive, verify, and accurately enter incoming customer purchase orders and sales orders.

Review order details, pricing, quantities, availability, and delivery requirements to ensure accuracy.

Support the inside sales team throughout the order process, from initial order entry through fulfillment and delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source products, confirm pricing and availability, and issue purchase orders.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of low-stock products.

Track back-orders, open orders, and expected delivery dates, communicating updates to customers as needed.

Reconcile inventory records and assist with researching and resolving discrepancies.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.

Maintain strong communication with vendors regarding purchasing needs, pricing, lead times, and updated terms.

Work closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain accurate customer, vendor, sales, and purchasing information within ERP and CRM systems.

Compile sales reports, purchasing metrics, inventory information, and transaction logs.

Assist with resolving order discrepancies, shipping delays, pricing issues, and other customer concerns.

Maintain organized documentation and accurate records for sales and purchasing activities.
