You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment.

Location: 960 Central AvenueAlbany, NY 12205

Compensation Range: $16.85-26.46, with a typical starting range of $20.00-25.00+. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

Submission of Service Contracts

Submission of Warranty Contracts

New car purchases and Dealer trades

Record used car purchases

Request and process lien payoffs

Process cash receipts

Regional check runs

Process and payment of vendor invoices

FTC reconciliation

Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)

Post to Intercompany accounts

Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring

1+ year Accounting experience- familiar with COA, debits and credits

Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel, Office and computer skills

High School Diploma (required)

1+ years of Auto Industry Experience

Retail Sales or Customer Service (preferred)
