Electrical Technician - Airport Operations
Pay: $42.85/hour + $8hr ($8 is not taxed)

We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join a growing team responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting sophisticated airport baggage handling systems. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale automated equipment, advanced electrical controls, motor control systems, and conveyor technology that keeps airport operations moving around the clock.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues within automated baggage handling systems
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, sensors, controls, and related equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Diagnose and repair motor control panels, electrical control systems, and industrial equipment
Dismantle, repair, rebuild, and install electrical and mechanical components as needed
Monitor system performance and respond to operational issues to minimize downtime
Assist in maintaining safe and reliable airport operations
Complete maintenance records, inspections, and work orders accurately
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience performing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and rebuilds
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Experience working with motor control panels and industrial electrical systems
Experience troubleshooting equipment operating at 420 volts or higher
Strong understanding of industrial electrical components and controls
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting experience
Experience with servo drives and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Experience with electrical control panels
Baggage handling system experience
Conveyor system maintenance experience
Industrial maintenance or automation experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.85 - $42.85/hr.
