Description We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to support revenue growth and strengthen customer partnerships in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales instincts with a consultative approach to client engagement and business development. The successful candidate will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, contribute fresh ideas to sales and marketing efforts, and help maintain consistent communication and reporting across the team.

Responsibilities:

Drive new business opportunities by building meaningful client relationships and identifying ways to expand sales activity.

Manage the sales process from initial outreach through follow-up, ensuring customers receive timely and attentive communication at every stage.

Consistently pursue and achieve individual revenue goals through a customer-focused sales approach.

Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and customer needs to deliver informed recommendations and effective solutions.

Partner with company leadership to shape creative strategies that strengthen market presence and support business growth.

Represent the organization in sales meetings, company events, and other business development activities.

Prepare and share daily sales updates with leadership to provide visibility into progress, pipeline activity, and client engagement. Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, direct sales, or business development roles.

Experience in construction or service industry is preferred

Demonstrated success meeting or surpassing individual sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

Strong ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales efforts across the full client lifecycle.

Solid business development skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to provide accurate daily reporting.
