Remote Shifts Available: Wednesday to Saturday 10:00 Am to 10:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

Process and assign high-volume service requests and corporate account rollout requests.

Review and edit incoming service requests to ensure appropriate labor and scheduling time is allocated.

Schedule work orders for the OMS team and coordinate Territory Representative support when OMS resources are unavailable.

Efficiently dispatch service technicians to customer locations while prioritizing urgent and high-impact service requests.

Optimize technician schedules to maximize productivity, utilization, and customer service levels.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in operations, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, sales support, logistics, or a related field.

High School diploma or equivalent Associate's degree

Work-from-home capacity.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
