Entry-Level Auto Finance Representative - Must have Bachelors Degree

Onsite | Irving, TX | Contract-to-Hire

$23.00/hr - $25.50/hr

We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions:

Customer Accounts Representative

Customer Care Representative

You'll receive full training - plus opportunities to cross-train and grow.

Customer Accounts Representative

Schedule:

Mon-Fri: 8 AM-5 PM

One late shift weekly: 11 AM-8 PM (never Fridays)

Every other Saturday: 8 AM-12 PM

What You'll Do:

Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1-29 days past due on payments

Help customers with payment setups, auto-pay enrollment, and account updates

Assist with password resets or login issues

No heavy collections - escalation teams handle those accounts

Customer Care Representative

Schedule:

Mon-Fri: 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM

One Saturday per month: 8 AM-12 PM

What You'll Do:

Take inbound calls and support customers with:

Account questions

Payment options

Title requests

Website/login help

Who We're Looking For

Bachelors Degree

1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Basic computer and data-entry skills

Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
