Job Description - We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support Senior leadership through high-impact administrative, operational, and event-related responsibilities. This role is highly collaborative, onsite-focused, and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys being the organizational backbone for executives and teams.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite administrative support at the office and designated event locations
Support onsite team and leader needs with day-to-day operational tasks
Oversee space planning, logistics coordination, and workspace management
Manage in-person meetings, including room setup/cleanup, catering, materials, and attendee oversight
Coordinate small and large-scale events, managing stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and booking logistics
Prepare expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related documentation
Manage conference room operations, storage, and internal space usage
Attend and support large off-sites, occasionally requiring travel
Run ad hoc errands/projects to support office productivity
Perform occasional domestic and international travel depending on event needs
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years providing administrative support to one or more executives
4+ years experience coordinating executive travel logistics
4+ years experience managing executive calendars and expense reports
Experience prioritizing multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting VP-level executives within large tech companies
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Experience organizing events and morale-building initiatives
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and consistent in driving tasks to completion
Experience working autonomously under changing priorities
Strong relationship-building skills with leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience partnering with other administrative professionals
Comfortable working in multi-staff office environments
Project management experience
Experience managing logistics across multiple teams and stakeholders
BA/BS degree preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
