What's a typical day:
Leading full-cycle recruiting for engineering and IT talent across multiple specialties, including Embedded Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems & Solutions Architects, Application Developers, Integration Engineers, and Product Development
Developing and executing innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies for niche technical skill sets
Consulting with hiring managers and leaders on talent market trends, search strategies, and competitive intelligence
Building robust technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
Partnering with senior talent acquisition and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs
Providing recruiting insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to talent acquisition leadership
Serving as a mentor and subject matter expert within the Talent Acquisition team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a Bachelor's degree (required)
Bring 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years focused on technical recruiting (engineering and/or IT)
Have proven experience in developing creative and innovative talent acquisition strategies
Have experience supporting large-scale recruiting initiatives and projects
Possess strong sourcing expertise and the ability to engage highly sought-after technical talent
