We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Analyst to join our Marketing Effectiveness team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate to grow their career in a client-facing analytics role. While you may be newer in your career, you are a go-getter with a curious mind and a passion for data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your presentation and client-facing skills while working with a talented team.

Responsibilities Analyze marketing data and assist in building presentations and decks for clients. Communicate findings and insights to internal teams and, increasingly, to clients. Spend time analyzing data and be able to communicate the results of your analysis. Work with a variety of tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, to understand marketing performance. Collaborate with senior team members to develop data-driven strategies for our clients. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. A "go-getter" attitude and a natural curiosity to dig into data and find solutions. While marketing agency experience is not required, a strong interest in marketing analytics is a must. Experience with or exposure to SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
