Why Work Here?
This opportunity offers a strong platform to build and accelerate your aviation maintenance career, especially if you have limited post-school experience. You gain exposure to high-volume, wide-body operations across multiple airlines, allowing you to develop deep hands-on skills with Boeing 747, 767, and 777 aircraft. You work in a collaborative team environment with structured training on day and afternoon shifts, providing high maintenance exposure and continuous learning. The role supports professional growth, practical experience, and progression in a dynamic, real-world line maintenance setting.
Work Environment
The role is based at an outdoor line maintenance station where all maintenance is performed outside on the ramp or at gates. Work often occurs at significant heights, including on aircraft tails and elevated structures, requiring consistent adherence to safety practices. The schedule consists of 4-day workweeks with 10-hour shifts, with three primary shift options: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Most maintenance activity occurs between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., which drives planned shift overlap for coverage. New hires typically train on morning or afternoon shifts to gain maximum exposure to maintenance tasks.
