What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing responsive and professional service.

Process and coordinate ready mix concrete orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to resolve customer inquiries and service issues.

Maintain accurate customer, order, and service records within company systems.

Proactively build positive customer relationships that support satisfaction and business growth.

What Are We Looking For

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computer systems and business applications used for order management and customer support.

Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with frequent interaction with customers, dispatch, sales, and operations teams.

Fast-paced environment requiring effective multitasking and time management skills.

May require flexibility to support business needs, including occasional extended hours during peak operations.
