Professional Customer Services Rep

Responsibilities include:

Manage and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner

Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, particularly corrugate, to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients

Handle customer complaints and issues, offering swift and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction

Collaborate with our logistics, design, and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and expectations exceeded

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Work closely with scheduling, materials planning, logistics, and operation support roles

Monitor inventory for customer needs

Follow procedures and processes to ensure that customer requirements are met and provide feedback and opportunities for improvement to appropriate internal departments

Order print plates and cutting dies for customers

Handle existing smaller/house accounts partnering with sales team

**Basic Qualifications - Skills:

**High school degree or equivalent

**Previous experience in customer service is preferred

Experience in the corrugated industry a plus

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and within time constraints

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

Must exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills

Must be capable of independently making sound decisions through creative problem-solving

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software
