As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property personnel. Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office areas, parking facilities, building entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact emergency services and/or site contacts according to established procedures.

Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications, including observations related to building conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least two years of security-related experience.

Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
