PLANT ASSISTANT MANAGER - Bridger, MT
This is an ariculture based position responsible for all phases of the grower relationship including seed sales, contracting and receiving beans at harvest.
Plant management duties encompass overall plant operations including production, quality control, food safety, employee safety and personnel management.
Position is located in Bridger, MT and must be willing to travel to Terry, MT.
Opportunity for career advancement, including potential promotion to Plant Manager for high-performing candidates.
The Salary Range is $70,000-80,000 a year with potential promotion to Plant Manager.
