You have one year full-time, wage-earning customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, or technical program support experience. You have experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software programs preferred.You'd be a GREAT fit if:You have knowledge of office practices and procedures. You have knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar. You have knowledge of agency and departmental organizational structure, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations preferred. You have the skill to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely. You have the skill to coordinate with other staff, departments, officials, agencies, organizations, and the public. You have the skill to interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. You have the skill in problem-solving techniques. You have the skill in the use of computers and related equipment in a stand-alone or local area network environment. You have the skill to prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports. You have the skill to review technical data and prepare technical reports. You have the skill in the electronic transmission of communications.
