Temporary seasonal position from 4/13/2026 to 2/12/2027
The Agricultural Worker will perform manual and mechanized duties related to the seasonal production of wheat, barley, soybeans, and canola. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prepare land and fields for planting, including plowing, disking, leveling, fertilizing, and other field preparation activities.
Attach, adjust, and detach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, planters, seed drills, and harvest equipment to tractors using hand tools.
Operate tractors and other agricultural machinery to plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, and harvest crops according to seasonal and crop requirements.
Plant crops using planters and seed drills; cultivate and control weeds as needed.
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides using hand or mechanized equipment.
Operate harvesting equipment and assist with harvesting, handling, loading, unloading, and storage of crops.
