Business Operations Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS: STKJR Express LLC, known as Tommy\'s Express Car Wash, seeks a Business Operations Analyst to identify new business opportunities and develop the strategic plan to promote the company\'s growth and expansion. Will also collect and analyze data related to business processes, making recommendations and developing action plans to improve operational efficiencies, profitability, and employee performance. Specific duties include the following: Determine operational inefficiencies and develop business plan to resolve current issues and to ensure future franchise sites operate as efficiently as possible in order to meet the company\'s strategic initiatives and financial goals. Conduct research and measure effectiveness of business strategy by monitoring revenues and identifying opportunities to increase profitability, applying knowledge of franchise and car wash business models and practices. Work closely with owner, company managers, and other employees to ensure successful implementation of recommended business solutions, leading meetings and developing detailed action plans with site leaders. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and purchasing habits for current sites and for potential markets and determine factors affecting demand. o Research and explore potential car wash sites with the goal of company expansion and growth in additional markets. Analyze traffic patterns and feasibility of location. o Establish long-range objectives and develop strategies and action items to achieve company goals. Gather, analyze and synthesize information on industry competitors to determine pricing, sales and effective expansion strategies and trends. Gather and assess customer and employee data through surveys and other data collection methods. Prepare reports summarizing and illustrating data and translating complex findings into written reports; present data and recommendations to leadership to influence and improve decision-making related to current business operations and expansion. Analyze employee and site performance using data from a variety of sources (weekly mystery shops, weekly operations reports, employee surveys, etc.). Ensure employees\' schedules are done properly and labor percentages goals are met. Use a variety of tools and technologies including Placer AI. Job is based out of West Bend, Wisconsin. Will regularly travel (weekly) to other Tommy\'s Express locations in Sheboygan and Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Minimum requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration plus 3 years of management or supervisory experience within retail or hospitality industry. Alternatively, will accept master\'s degree in business administration plus 1 year of management or supervisory experience within retail or hospitality industry.
