Employer has an open position for a Full-time Assistant Teacher.
Experience and Knowledge of early childhood childhood development and milestones with the aptitude to implement programs for children based on appropriate practices
Strong orginazational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills to coordinate center functions
Capacity to complete payroll, utilize software for billing and managing a budget
Good knowledge and Implemewntation of a montana childcare guidelines and State licensing requirements
Must be willing to be certified as a director of childcare center and qualify fot the stars program per the montana department of public health and human services.
Implement and supervise classroom activities and lessons
supervise all staff members
Mentor staff, developing improvement plans
Provide backup for all staff positions when subs are not available
Monitor DPPH required paperwork and training for all staff
Coordinate all health immunization reviews, and health and fire inspections
Ensure program is effective and funds are managed and reported to board prudently
*Track accounts recievable for prmopt payments from parents
