JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, tools, and building systems. Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) according to established schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other equipment issues. Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential problems before they lead to breakdowns. Repair or replace worn, damaged, or defective components as needed. Maintain and repair building systems, including doors, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility equipment. Snow and ice removal will be required seasonally. Assist with installation, setup, levelling, relocation, and modification of equipment and machinery. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements while performing maintenance work. Work with production personnel to identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements. Assist with maintaining an adequate inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts. Perform welding, fabrication, basic electrical, plumbing, or other general maintenance duties as needed. Complete other maintenance and facility-related responsibilities as assigned. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of relevant industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams Experience with motors, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and other industrial equipment Basic welding, fabrication, and machining skills are a plus Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to identify the root cause of equipment failures and make effective repairs Comfortable working independently and prioritizing maintenance needs Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail Ability to document maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities Willingness to respond to equipment breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs Ability and attitude to work effectively with production and other departments ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: Tracyk@service1ststaffing.com Call For Appointment: 715-898-1275 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
